Travis fixed the DC jack on my Dell laptop in less than 24 hours for half the price those J-holes at Best Buy were gonna charge me. As long as my PC keeps working, I'll recommend Travis to anyone looking to get their computer fixed.

My computer stopped turning on one day - I took it to the Geek Squad and they were going to charge me $200 to reinstall windows and then to check and see if anything else was wrong. I took it to Travis and he found out that there were some corrupt elements on the the harddrive. He fixed it and got rid of all of the viruses and spyware on my computer, and I didn't have to start from scratch (like the Geek Squad would have made me do!)

All I can say is WOW. I never expected service like this from anyone. I have many years in customer service and can't believe Travis is efficient,fast and affordable!He also stands behind his work and if there is a problem he is there in a flash. I created my own problem and he came back the same day and repaired it. I was astonished.

Travis was awesome. He even went with me to the Micro Center to buy some needed extras. He charged what he said he would and no more even though he spent more time than I ever thought he would. The computer is running real smooth and faster than I thought it would on the internet. I am excited to try out World of Warcraft and see how that goes. I am sure it will be way better with no lag. Thanks again Travis!!! I will surely be calling him for any more troubles!!

I did some searching online to find someone that could remove a virus that I got online. The prices out there were crazy. I found this site posted on Craig's list and called right away. Travis came out and got my computer up and running so quickly. I'm glad I found him and he was able to save me a lot of time and money. I'll be referring him on and using him again if I need the services.

We had a four-year-old Dell laptop that had not been started up for two years because the power supply jack was shot. Computer people I talked to said there was really no way to fix it.
Someone told me to check out Travis's listing on CraigsList. I did. He had the computer up and running the next day. He provides fast service, he knows what he's doing, and the price was right.

Travis was able to fix my DC Jack in no time at all. He said he could do it in just a few hours, but I chose to drop off one night, and pick up the next. The repair is perfect. For just $60 and the cost of the part, ($9 fromdcjacks.net,) I have my computer back. I only wish I had called him sooner. I absolutely endorse him for computer repairs.

My computer was totally corrupted and in need of a good cleaning. Travis was very knowledgeable and was able to fix all the problems in just a couple of hours....and for a fraction of the price it would have cost going through Best Buy or Geek Squad. These guys know pcs. There are not many places you can take your home built system when it malfunctions (root cause: PEBKAC).
They diagnosed the problem quickly, gave helpful tips, treated us very nicely *and* did not rip us off.

After bringing my computer to the Geek Squad, against my friends advice, I became frustrated with their imprompt service. I looked over craigslist, retrieved my computer and gave Travis a call. He was able to fix my computer promptly and without any of the hassle I had to deal with from Best Buy. I would highly recommend his service.

Travis was GREAT. I called him in the morning, and he was there just two hours later. My computer had crashed. We went together to MicroSystems and he picked the best, and most reasonably priced parts, and put my new tower together in less than an hour. His fee was very reasonable, and he did great follow up. The DC Jack on my laptop was fried to the point where I could no longer charge it up. Travis had a new DC jack installed and the laptop returned within 18 hours of receiving the part. He is fast and professional. He even picked up and dropped off the laptop at my job. It was service above and beyond the call of duty. The laptop works great now and I will recommend him to all of my friends and coworkers.

I had dropped my laptop and damaged the palm rest. I ordered the part and the day I recieved it I called Travis and was able to bring it right to him. He had it fixed in the amount of time it took to go thru the Mcdonalds drive thru no joke. I would recommend his fast turn around and good knowledge to anyone.

I called Travis first thing on Monday morning with a fan problem that prevented my laptop from even booting up. He told me to bring it over and within about 20 minutes, he had it running and ready to go back to work. I will definately be referring everyone I know to Travis. Honest, no spin doctor treatment here. Reliable, prompt, honest service, and face to face too. So why would you take it anywhere else, again?
