    We had just got back from Diseny World and have taken hundereds of pictures of our family. When we got home and loaded to our computer, it crashed! And all of our pictures were gone. We got a hold of Travis and he was able to help us get some our pictures back at a price that was cheaper than Geek Squad! Travis has done us a great favor in getting the pictures back and rebuilding the computer. He does great work and is quick and honest. We will be sending our lap top to him to work on next!!

    I called Travis and he came out the very next day. I'm so happy with the company and the way they handled my problems. I had many issues, and we ended up installing the new Windows 7 software that I purchased from local store. He saved my old files and then reinstalled my software programs back onto system. Love the computer now, he even showed me how to post a picture in an ad for Craigs list using my software. Everything turned out just like he promised me. I plan to continue with them if any problem comes up in the future.

    Been aware of Travis since early 2009 and kept him as # 1 on my list for potential service needs. Major need arose in early July when my wife's laptop became virus infected.

    Travis came to home and quickly detected and eliminated virus and did basic software/program reconfiguration/updates, etc. For my desktop, he did general system checks, updated protective software and converted my e-mail acccess.

    Impressed with his patience and knowledge, without condescension, as he had to contact Comcast by phone, waiting for quite a while through phone trees.. and then had to be transferred to Norton, where he also had to wait to be in touch with technicians !!

    Later, there were a couple slight reconfguration glitches, where he walked me through the steps by phone when we were able to arrange an acceptable time.

    Greatly appreciated Travis's efforts and patience with reasonable fee...

    I had a DC jack on my dell computer. called the geek squad.....2-3 weeks. hmmmm I need it done quickly. called no non-sense and they had it done for me in 5 hours!!!WOW!! Travis and his partner are fantastic. professional and are reasonably priced. thank you so much. I now have a friend in the computer repair business. Do NOT call the Geek squad. give a hardworking local guy your business and have it done right

    Travis did a great job restoring my PC to working order. I had a virus that wiped out my PC. He rebuilt it quickly and I was up and running in about an hour! I highly recommend him over the "Geeks"!...professional and very well priced services!

    I shopped around several locations before going to Travis for the problems with my laptop. He was able to diagnose the problems with my hard drive and recommended several options luckily before I lost any data, not to mention saving me 100's of $$$.

    Travis is the best! I highly recommend him. I'm a college student and when my laptop got a virus I took it to the Geek Squad. Big mistake! They wanted to charge me $199 upfront without even taking a look at my computer--plus it would take 3-5 days!

    Travis got it done in less than a day, and he explained what he was doing while I watched. You can't beat the price or the turnaround, and the customer service. He doesn't try to push expensive products on you for no reason like other computer repair companies. I couldn't recommend him highly enough! I will definitely go back if I have any more computer trouble.

    How can you complain when save upwards of $300 and still get quality service that is guaranteed? I can't and I will not. Travis was prompt, knows his work, and will get my business time and again. Travis like I'm sure the others will agree, the word is as good as spread. I've already passed on a couple of your cards.     I do not think I can say enough good things about Travis and his professionalism. He was able to help me right away, which was necessary since I work from home. Unfortunately a problem occurred later in the afternoon and I thought I would have to wait until the next day . . . Travis made the long trip back to my home to try to fix the problem and did it free of charge (more than likely after hours for most people)!!!! I will not call on anybody else but Travis to help from now on. He is completely knowledgeable and even tried to help me learn some things about keeping my computer running smooth. I would recommend his services to anyone!!!!! Thank you Travis.

    I'd like to add a little more to my original piece. Travis honored his guarantee when I encountered more problems with my computer. He came over and worked on my computer again, all at no charge. He then followed up with a phone call and emailed me links to help me with everything. I learned a lot about computers in just the hours Travis was here. Once again, you need look no further for computer repairs than Travis.

    My Apple iMac G5 had several bad capacitors on the logic board. The Apple extended warranty for this known problem is now expired. I called "authorized" apple repair shops in the Twin Cities and all anyone will do is replace the logic board at a cost of more than it would be worth.

    I found Travis on-line, dropped my Mac off on Saturday, and he had the capacitors soldered in, tested and ready to go on Monday, and all for an unbelievable price.

    I would not hesitate to recommend Travis to anyone in need of repairing critical components instead of just replacing them for too much money.

    I don't think I can overstate the excellent job Travis does with computer repairs. I was facing having my internet permanently blocked from my provider because of malware/bots embedded in my computer. After a failed attempt by a rival computer repair company, Travis spent over three hours removing unneeded files that were the prime suspects in my virus issue, downloading software that would help keep the viruses away, speeding up my computer, and explaining to me what was going on and what to watch for. All for a price that I can't imagine anyone could or will match, plus a 90 day guarantee. What sticks with me most about Travis' professionalism, is he gave a follow up phone call to check on how my computer is working.

    I cannot recommend Travis highly enough for computer repairs. Don't waste your time searching for other computer services. Travis is the one to go to every time. Thank you again Travis

    I had a multitude of issues with my computer. On 5/10, I had had it. He answered promptly. I asked if he could come and fix the issues on my computer. I was thinking that since it was a Monday that he probably already had his day full of appointments. However, he said that he would come right out. He did the work,and I watched while he did what was necessary. It was enlightening and helpful to me.

    I recommend him very, very highly to anyone who has problems with their computer. He is a gentleman.His work was thorough and his cost was amazingly reasonable.

    You will not regret calling on this young man when you have either a small or major problem. His work is excellent and I trust him completely. Thanks very very much Travis, my friend.

    All the way back in February, Travis was able to fix my laptop on the same day he got it in his hands. I have been thanking him silently every morning my laptop fires up fine. Now I am here to thank him properly.

    While I had pursued several other avenues in resolving my power issues, including fixing the problem myself, I learned not only was Travis able to do it the quickest but also at the best price. Plus, he found a problem that others had not seen. I really, really doubt GeekSquad would have had the wherewithal to give me the service that Travis did.

    If and when I have somebody to send his way, you can bet that I will!

    I had Travis swap my hard drives. I bought a larger hard drive to replace the 32GB one in my laptop. He showed up, finished the job on time, and was very professional. Awesome guy to deal with and his pricing is excellent.

    Listen, if there is one guy that can do the job, it is Travis. He knows his computers and is simply a great guy.

    I was very impressed with Travis and his knowledge to help me solve my computer problem. My fan has been running on high speed constantly. I called him up, he said come on by and he'd take a look at it. Within an hour he had replaced my fan and its no longer running all the time. He even helped to make my computer run faster. He only charged me $40 for his time and parts...i told him can I at least pay you $50? He said "its up to you". I compare Travis to a very honest car mechanic, one who doesn't try to sucker you into additional stuff/parts you don't need and lets you know exactly what needs to be done to make your computer as best as it can be. Thanks for your expertise Travis. People...Call Travis with your computer issues! Very highly recommended!

    I have a hp dv9000 that was dead. i would push the power button some lights would flash but nothing. I had done some research online and i came to the conclusion that my motherboard was shot. I took the laptop completly apart and planned on sending the motherboard out for repair in another state which was going to be very costly. i decided to look around locally to see if anyone could fix it. there were some that said they would look at it but had no idea what was wrong. I called Travis from No Nonsense PC repair, he had a very good idea what was wrong with it with just the small information i gave him. so i brought it to him expecting to just get the motherboard fixed. He told me to bring the whole computer to him so he could put it back togather and make sure it all works. which i thought would be very ex[ensive but he said he would do it all for 100 dollars. i was going to spend alot more than that to send it out and i would have to put it al back togather and worry about having problems. If i had sent the motherboard out for repair it would have been at least a week to two weeks. Travis had my computer back to me the same day. Overall it was a very good experience working with Travis. He knows his stuff. I will always bring my computer problems back to No Nonsense Pc Repair. Thanks Travis

    I absolutely recommend Travis!! I thought the DC Jack on my laptop was broken; when I went to drop off my computer to be fixed, Travis took a minute to diagnose it and discovered it wasn't the DC Jack at all, but simply that the power cord was dead! He happened to have a spare cord that he sold me on the spot, which was an absolute savior. He then offered to clean it up so it would run faster and additionally offered to blow the dust out of the fan - both services any competitor would have charged significantly for. I was in and out in under an hour, and it only wound up costing me $40 - Travis is an absolute life saver!!

    after my home desktop COMPLETELY crashed awhile back i was not only frustrated but very upset in the thinking that not only was my PC fried, but i had more than likely lost years of writing and personal info, but irreplaceable family photos as well as photos of several buddies i lost in Iraq. not only was i angry, but i was stright up sad. after calling a couple of local companys, i was even more bummed to find that i was looking at hundreds to have someone come out to ONLY take a look at it (i needed to have someone out to my apt. as i'm disabled). THANK GOODNESS i stumbled upon Travis ! he came out to my place and not only had my gear up and running in no time, had installed new anti-virus and malware software, but much to my very greatful suprise, i had lost not one single file :) i plan on upgrading my monitor in the near future and i'm going to him. for me its a no brainer... from now on ANY computer issues/dealings i have, T-man is THE man. I give him the best complement i can give someone.. *I trust this guy*.. thanks again Travis...

    I called several in-town computer repair shops, and they all told me I'd have to wait at least a week for virus removal. Travis did it in a few hours, and at a reasonable rate! A lifesaver! I recommend him to anyone.

    Travis is a great computer repairman !!!!! I had unexpected network problems that left me without a computer all weekend. In the past, I have always depended on someone I knew or a coworker to help fix any computer problems I had but this time no one was available or couldn't figure it out. Thank God I have internet on my phone which is how I found Travis. He came out the same day I called, his prices are extremely reasonable, and needless to say he did fix my computer problems. From now on, Travis is the ONLY computer repairman I will recommend to my friends and family. I only wish I would have called Travis when I had computer problems in the past.     I was searching for an alternative to the geek centers when I found the No Non-Sense PC Repair website. I met with Travis and felt very comfortable letting him tackle my computer problem. After some basics fixes, I decided to upgrade to Window7 and he did the install for me. I appreciate all the advice and extra help Travis gave me.     What a terrific PC Repairman Travis is!! I was about to take a hammer to my PC I was so mad, because it virtually would do nothing anymore. It said I was out of memory which I knew was not possible and had things going on in the background so bad it made using my PC a nightmare to work on. Travis got here and cured it and it's unbelievable how Smooth and Fast everything is working. Great Job Travis! You will be getting some business from me from now on.

    Travis is the most honest and skilled computer professional! I almost had a store "geek" over and would have paid 200.00 for walking in the door. Not only is Travis reasonable he does an awesome job of teaching about the computer problem, fixing the problem, and helped me dummy proof my comp. I am computer illiterate so I can't thank him enough. By the way, he fixed 2 desk tops, 2 lap tops, and showed me how to use the scanner. We have his phone number in our book! Travis you are the best!

    My son crashed my laptop with all my pictures, itunes and important Word documents, Travis was able to transfer all of the information to my new laptop and enabled me to open and use everything as if nothing had happened! I am so happy,thanks Travis for great service.

    Travis is awesome! My computer had a bad virus that I was unable to get rid of with my anti-virus software. Not only did he remove it from computer no problem, but he also gave me a lot of great information about how to keep my computer safe in the future and recommended new protection software. I definitely recommend him and will be using him in the future for PC repair needs. And having worked in the computer retail industry myself, I can promise you his prices are the best you're gong to find, especially considering he comes on-site to work. Don't get scammed by the big box retailers who want to charge you hundreds of dollars for simple repairs. Thanks again, Travis!

    Travis recently did some work on my computer. He was able to accomodate my schedule on very short notice and did an amazing job of "cleaning up" my computer. He called me the next morning to see if I was having any problems - unfortunately, I was having some additional difficulties but Travis was able to come back to my house within a few hours (during a snowstorm and two days before Christmas). He worked quickly to do an additional fix so I could be on my way to a family gathering on time. Now, my computer works great! I'm very pleased with the work that Travis did and would highly recommend him to anyone!

    Wow! Travis is fantastic. He came to my home to make sure I had repairs done in time for an important business webcast. He is smart and knowledgeable and friendly. Even my dog loved him! I told my sons that when they go into to business one day, they need to emulate the professionalism that Travis brings to his work.     Great work Travis! I've had service done by other repair companies in the past but none with the turn around equal to no none-sense. It's also nice to know that your getting your monies worth in these economic tough times. I would definitively refer No Non-Sense to anyone!

    Travis came out in the morning and ran software to detect the malware slowing my Dell XP desktop. Prior I had been alerted twice by my internet provider that I had a 'bot' and had unsuccessfully tried 2 popular malware removal software recommended by them to clean my computer. Travis' tests came up clean too. He ended up running software for part of the day, returning to work on it somemore only to take it home that night to continue. He finally uncovered the system based virus by removing my harddrive and running the correction software on his computer. The malware wasn't allowing the correction software into the system until he used his unaffected system to check my harddrive. He did all this at a fixed cost. A competitor would have charged me $169/first hour then $99/hr on site or $190 fixed price plus 3-5 days if I brought it in. Travis provided great expertise, persistence, fast service and exceptional value. I highly recommend him.

    Travis came out today to work on 2 laptops that had viruses that were completely dead, 1 laptop that needed virus protection installed, and another computer that needed to be updated to run games for one of the kids.     I called to have Travis fix my Dell Laptop. It wasn't connecting with external power. He wasn't able to fix it for I had caused my Dell to melt some important power wire, but he did have a newly repaired Dell Laptop for sale for only $200!! and it had Windows XP on it. So, I bought from him, and he showed me how to transfer my un-fixable laptop's hard drive to the new laptop I just bought. Also, he told me what I needed for keeping my laptop from getting virus and over heating. He was really great and even though he wasn't able to fix the Dell I brought in, he was able to sell me one that works better, runs faster and is newer than my old laptop. I will be using him for all my pc needs from now on.

    I recently needed a desk top computer hard drive wiped and the OS reloaded on to my computer, Travis did showed up and the did the job in about hr for a very reasonable price. He even set me up with lifetime virus protection. I will be using him for all my future pc and mac issues.
